Rathbane Rapid Build Housing Development
As part of a Rapid Build Housing Development for ABM Design & Build, MAHON LTD were awarded the groundworks packages for 43 houses. Works started in June 2020. Under strict COVID-19 restrictions, the project is progressed well. 450m of drainage foul drainage exceeding 3.0m deep, extensive road works for ESB, disposal of over 12,000m3 off-site, installation of all site services and finishing works. The project was completed on time for handover.
