MAHON LTD were sub-contracted by Kelmin Ltd to carry out all site drainage and services works, some over 4.0m deep in granite. All other site services including watermain, ESB, Eir, Siro, street lighting and foul and storm connections were also part of our works. Phase 1 was complete in August 22 with works started on Phase 2 immediately afterwards with a completion date of early 2023.
