Merlin Park UH Ambulance Base
Works on the new ambulance base in Merlin Park University Hospital started in October 2020. First phase of our works involved bulk excavation including rock breaking of approximately 5,000m3, all disposed off-site, diversion of existing cables and excavation of foundations. Area was stoned up and left ready for formwork contractor. Over 300m of new ESB ducting from substation to the ambulance base was installed as part of this phase, including road crossings, excavation through existing carparks and green areas.
Phase 2 of our works commenced May 2021. Site services & drainage works, including sewer connection at a depth in excess of 5m, site finishes and landscaping. Project was completed in late 2021.
